We work in partnership with children, young people, their families, and other professionals in a flexible, holistic way, to ensure their safety and independence and to enhance their skills, abilities and relationships.
We provide individualised support in social, recreational, voluntary, and supported employment environments and always put the individual at the heart of everything that we do.
We will educate the families in effective recycling; the use of public transport as supposed to driving.
Staff will be encouraged to share care when appropriate and use public transport whenever possible.
